  • SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    Shipping and Delivery is the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments only occur on weekdays Monday-Friday not including major holidays. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.  DPH ships via USPS Priority Mail.  If customer prefers orders to be shipped UPS, please contact us @740-264-2450.  Customer is responsible for additional shipping costs for this request.

     Additional charges will apply on Overnight and International shipping. For Overnight or International shipping please call us at 740-264-2450.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Stock Orders are automatically processed once you hit the submit button. If you need to cancel your order or make changes to your order after it has been submitted, please call DPH 740-264-2450 immediately or email us at dph@dphcustompins.com with your changes. If it is after business hours, please leave a message and DPH Pins will return your call. All orders are usually filled within 24 hours after the order is placed excluding weekends and holidays. If you are in need of a rush order or express delivery please call us @ 740-264-2450 or email us at dph@dphcustomepins.com

**Custom Orders: Custom orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of you placing the order.  Any changes or cancelations made after 24 hours from the time you place the order, customer will be responsible for all charges incurred including, artwork fees, mold/die charges, and any fees that the factory has incurred before the order was cancelled.**

  • RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

    We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your stock order, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. There is no restocking fee. Merchandise can be returned within 90 days of receipt of merchandise. If order is incorrect or defective, DPH will send you a prepaid return shipping label.  If customer decides they do not want an item after it was received, customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

    RETURNING MERCHANDISE BY MAIL
    On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s).

    Please allow 10 to 14 days for the processing of your return.
