Stock Orders are automatically processed once you hit the submit button. If you need to cancel your order or make changes to your order after it has been submitted, please call DPH 740-264-2450 immediately or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your changes. If it is after business hours, please leave a message and DPH Pins will return your call. All orders are usually filled within 24 hours after the order is placed excluding weekends and holidays. **Custom Orders: Custom orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of you placing the order. Any changes or cancelations made after 24 hours from the time you place the order, customer will be responsible for all charges incurred including, artwork fees, mold/die charges, and any fees that the factory has incurred before the order was cancelled.**

On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s).
