  • Cancellation Policy

    Orders are automatically processed once you hit the submit button. If you need to cancel your order after it has been submitted, please call DPH 888-773-3660 immediately. If it is after business hours, please leave a message and DPH Pins will return your call. Orders are usually shipped the same day if they are placed by 2pm Eastern time, Monday-Friday. If you need your order to ship out the same day and it is after 2 pm EST, please call us at 888-773-3660 and place your order.

  • Custom orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of the customer placing the order at no charge.  After the 24 hours the custom orders cannot be cancelled and the customer is responsible for the order. 
  • Returns & Replacements

    We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your stock order, we will gladly accept your timely return of merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. There is no restocking fee. Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

    Custom orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.  Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours as they are custom orders that are made specifically for the customer.  If there is a problem with your custom order that is a factory error the factory will remake the order at no charge to you using the artwork that was approved by you.  Any additional changes that the customer wants made to an order that is being remade will incur charges, this includes additional color changes other than what was originally approved when the order was placed. 

    On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund less shipping charges. Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s).

    Please allow 10 to 14 days for the processing of your return.
