  • Cancellation Policy

    Orders are automatically processed once you hit the submit button. If you need to cancel your order after it has been submitted, please call DPH 888-773-3660 immediately. If it is after business hours, please leave a message and DPH Pins will return your call. Orders are usually shipped the same day if they are placed by 2pm Eastern time, Monday-Friday. If you need your order to ship out the same day and it is after 2 pm EST, please call us at 888-773-3660 and place your order.

  • Returns & Replacments

    We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. There is no restocking fee. Merchandise can be returned within 90 days of receipt of merchandise.

    On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund less shipping charges. Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s).

    Please allow 10 to 14 days for the processing of your return.
